Richard Mihalcik: Law Enforcement

Richard Mihalcik worked to uphold the laws of the United States Constitution, during his ten years as a United States Marshal. He has spent twenty years in law enforcement, with ten as a marshal and another ten as a police officer in Seymour, Connecticut. He is currently the Director of Public Affairs for the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.
